Application

To be eligible to apply for a Wallin Scholarship, you must meet the following criteria:

• Be a senior at an eligible local public high school:
  Students graduating from Minneapolis Public High Schools, including charter schools, are eligible to apply. Limited applications will be accepted from St. Paul and Anoka Hennepin; please see your guidance counselor for details.
  
  
• Demonstrate financial need:
  Family must have a taxable income of $75,000 or below. Special consideration may be given for unusual family circumstances.
  
  
• Have strong academic preparation:
  Students must have taken rigorous college preparatory classes as part of their high school curriculum.
  
  
• Plan to attend a 4-year college or university:
  Students must plan to enroll full-time in a bachelor’s degree program at a four-year accredited public or private college or university within Minnesota or adjacent states (ND, SD, WI, IA), or a Historically Black College or University (HBCU).
