Student Application Form

Important tips for the online application process:

  • Plan to complete the online application in one session since you cannot save a partially completed application. You must have completed the application worksheet and saved your essays before you begin the online application.

  • You should have all the time you need to complete your application, but for security reasons, we suggest that you try not to leave your computer unattended before completing the application.

  • Do not use the back button on your internet browser (at the top of your screen) because you will lose your session and have to start over. Instead, use the back button at the bottom of your screen.

  • Once you hit the final submit button on the last page, you will not be able to change your information or return to previous pages.

When you complete your application, write your unique application I.D. on the signature page and turn in the signed document along with your tax/benefit forms to the designated staff person at your school.

Important Note about the Application Security:

  • The Wallin Scholarship Student Application Form is on a secure website. In many web browsers, you will see a message and must click on “Continue” in order to be connected to the online application.

  • Depending on your browser, you may see a message that says: “There is a problem with this website’s security certificate.” Please be assured that the website IS secure and there is NO problem. Even though the message may say that it is not recommended, it is completely safe to click the link to “Continue to this website.”
